Kanom Jiin Lom Gao (ขนมจีนหล่มเก่า) has a huge menu, but the main attraction is definitely the kanom jiin. It's a dish more often found in front of 7-11s and in the basements of big markets, but Lom Gao steps it up with six different curries and a huge array of toppings and condiments to go with your rice noodles. Make sure you get a boiled egg and plenty of basil leaves, and go ahead and look in the pots. It's okay.
