Free Bird Cafe is a restaurant supporting the work of Thai Freedom House, a language and arts community learning center for indigenous peoples and Burmese refugees. All profits from the cafe go directly to Thai Freedom House its students.
The cafe serves fresh, organic vegetarian food, smoothies, juices, coffee and desserts. The cuisine spans from Thai and Burmese to western.
You can also do a bit of shopping at their Pre-Loved Charity Shop inside the cafe that has sells a variety of lightly used items including clothing, jewelry, books, and herbal spa products. Its a great find especially for those searching for some decently-priced Western sizes! You can also make clothing donations here.
