Tsunami

Tsunami is one of the oldest cheap Japanese restaurants in town. They have all the standards – sashimi, maki, ramen, tonkatsu – but there are a few creative rolls on the menu too. AND they have Asahi Super Dry, which is definitely not the best beer in the world but it’s something other than Leo or Singh. There’s usually a bit of a line but they have a ton of tables and it goes quick. The waitresses are overworked and cranky so you occasionally have to order twice, but you’ll usually get what you want.
